The Bazadaise Dormer
Sculpted Burgundy stone dormer, 33 - Gironde
The Bazadais dormer was designed and crafted from Burgundy stone for a château located in the commune of Bazas. This piece of dressed stone forms part of a restoration approach that respects the existing architecture, both in its proportions and its lines. The sculpted lintel adds a measured decorative touch, echoing the noble character of the building. Each element was custom-carved to ensure perfect integration with the roof and the historic structure. This project illustrates the link between traditional craftsmanship and the precision required in fine stone masonry.
